ADHD Management Coaching
Living as a person with ADHD comes with many obstacles to overcome. It can affect your self-esteem, your relationships and your ability to achieve what you want. With ADHD Management Coaching you learn to understand your ADHD type (Inattentive, Hyperactive or combined) and how to work with it to live the happy and successful life you want.
How long are coaching sessions?
Coaching sessions last 60 minutes.
How much does it cost?
All sessions are £30.00. Or you can purchase a block of 5 sessions for £135 at a 10% discount.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are available over the phone or online using Google Meet.
How can I pay?
Payments must be made in advance or at the beginning of each session by bank transfer.
What's your cancellation policy?
I understand that life comes up and allow cancellations up to 48 hours prior to a session. However, if it is after this time, the full charge of £30.00 still applies
How is coaching different from counselling?
My role as a coach is to help you create actionable changes in yourself and in your life. I'm not going to tell you what to do, but help you discover it. In counselling, more emphasis is put on processing the past. In coaching, emphasis is put on the present and how to create your best future.
