This online, group coaching course is here to help you make changes in your life to TRANSFORM your body and your body image, in just 4 weeks.
This 4 week course will explore roadblocks you may be facing to your ideal body and healthy body image such as emotional eating, food addictions, picking exercise and diets that work for you that are SUSTAINABLE, and how to stop negative self-talk.
This course is NOT here to tell you to lose weight, #nobodyshaming here. As a coach, I'm here to help you discover your ideal body, create a positive body image and manifest a lifestyle that helps you achieve this - in just 4 weeks.
This course is here to empower you with the knowledge, and the skills, to make the changes YOU want and desire.
This online group coaching course will run for 4 weeks on the following dates: Monday, October 5th 2020

Each session will be ran online from 7:30pm to 8:30pm BST.
